For this roof terrace renovation, we began by removing all the old tiles, stripping the surface back to the original membrane. Once cleared, we installed a new, high-quality membrane to ensure better waterproofing and protection for the terrace.
New drains were also incorporated to improve water flow and prevent any future water damage. After that, we laid a fresh screed layer to level the surface and create a solid foundation for the upcoming tile installation.
With these updates, the roof terrace is now fully prepared for the new tiles, ensuring durability, functionality, and an enhanced aesthetic for years to come.
